WINE DESCRIPTION

This pungent, tropical Sculpterra white wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Paso Robles region of Central Coast California. After harvesting and pressing the berries as quickly as possible to retain the aromatic profile of the wine. It is fermented in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to further retain fruit purity with the aim of creating a varietally-expressive wine. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is kept in inert vessels before being bottled.

Sculpterra Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw appearance with green reflections.The nose explodes from the glass with tropical fruits, such as pineapple and passionfruit, with hints of fresh herbs and grass. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a lean texture. It offers zesty acidity with lively flavors of grapefruit, lemon, and green apple. The finish is clean and invigorating, leaving a lingering impression of citrus and freshly cut grass.
