Montefalco Sagrantino Passito DOCG is crafted from 100% Sagrantino grapes. With a yield of 60 quintals per hectare, the grapes are harvested from mid to late September. This wine undergoes elevation in barriques for a minimum of 18 months, followed by at least 4 months of bottle refinement. The result is a rich, complex wine with intense flavors, ideal for savoring on special occasions.
