WINE DESCRIPTION
Saveurs du Temps Costières-de-Nîmes Rosé is a delicate rosé hailing from Costières-de-Nîmes, located within the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The wine is made from a majority of Grenache that gives body, white pepper and red berry notes, whilst the Syrah brings black pepper and bramble fruit. The grapes are harvested and destemmed, before undergoing a cool alcohol fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to retain the fruit expression and vibrancy of the wine.
