WINE DESCRIPTION
Roger & Christophe Moreux Sancerre 'Les Bouffants' is made entirely from the Sauvignon Blanc variety grown in the Loire Valley. “Les Bouffants” comes from an extremely steep, stony vineyard located beside Les Monts Damnés, the “Grand Cru” site of Chavignol. The grapes are pressed and transferred to stainless steel vats. After completing the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in the vats for around 6-8 months prior to bottling.

The Roger & Christophe Moreux Sancerre 'Les Bouffants' has a pale straw color with green reflections.On the nose, it offers a delightful array of citrus fruits, such as lemon, lime and grapefruit, along with hints of freshly cut grass and a pronounced mineral undertone. The citrus notes continue to shine on the palate, accompanied by flavors of green apple and a touch of grapefruit pith. The wine's vibrant acidity adds a refreshing zing, while its medium body provides a satisfying mouthfeel.
