WINE DESCRIPTION
This wine from Ressò is a Garnacha (Grenache) dominated blend from Catalunya, Northeast Spain. The wine is made from old vine Garnacha that tends to give notes of red fruits and white pepper. There is a proportion of Tempranillo added that contributes darker berry flavors and fresh tobacco. The grapes are picked crushed and vinified separately before being blended and matured for a short period to harmonise the flavors, creating a balanced, fruit-forward juicy red wine.

Ressò Garnacha - Tempranillo showcases a medium ruby color with light staining of the tears suggesting a wine of delicate extraction.On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe red and dark fruits, such as strawberries, plums and blackberries accompanied by subtle hints of spice and tobacco. The palate is medium to full-bodied with smooth tannins that provide structure without being excessively drying. The flavors of red and dark berries continue to dominate, complemented by notes of white pepper that lingers on the moderately long finish.
