WINE DESCRIPTION
This Chardonnay Bourgogne Cuvée Tradition is produced by Remoissenet Père & Fils, a estate located in the heart of Beaune, the viticultural heart of Burgundy. Remoissenet operates both as a small-batch négociant and a vine-growing estate. Winemaking is non-interventionist, with winemaker Claudie Jobard gently pressing the whole cluster grapes before fermenting with indigenous yeasts. The wines are both fermented and matured in a combination of stainless steel tanks and barrel to increase both the textural and aromatic complexity of the wines.
