WINE DESCRIPTION
Quasar Selection Sauvignon Blanc is a pungent and refreshing white wine designed for immediate consumption. The vineyards and winery which were established in 1923, lie in the Curicó Valley in Chile’s Central Valley. The estate vineyards are farmed using sustainable and organic methods. The grapes are machine harvested, pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled inert vessels to retain the bright fruit flavors. The wine is bottled early to create a fresh, vibrant style without the influence of oak.
