WINE DESCRIPTION
Quails' Gate Chardonnay is made using hand harvested grapes that are pressed and fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak intended to add texture and depth without imparting heavy oak spice. After completing the fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees for a little under a year before blending and bottling.
