This Pinot Grigio, born from the unique "Ponca" marlstone soil of Collio, Italy, is a testament to the region's viticultural heritage. The grapes, carefully grown under the Guyot method, yield a remarkable 7 tons per hectare.
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where the must macerates for 20 days at temperatures ranging from 18°C to 22°C. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging in stainless steel tanks at a constant 12°C, ensuring optimal stability.
The resulting Pinot Grigio is a symphony of finesse and elegance, capturing the essence of Collio's terroir. Its vibrant color and captivating aromas entice the senses, while the palate delivers a harmonious blend of freshness and complexity.
