Located in the heart of one of the world's most prestigious Chardonnay vineyards, the domaine is a testament to generations of dedication. Established by his parents and grandparents, the current winemaker continues to nurture vines, some dating back to 1932. Spanning 8 hectares across 30 plots, the estate produces 14 appellations with varieties including Chardonnay, Aligoté, Pinot Noir, and Gamay. Each cuvée is vinified separately and may be blended to achieve the desired wine style. Respecting terroir, all grapes are hand-harvested by a dedicated team. Embracing both tradition and innovation, the estate employs ploughing, eschews herbicides, and utilizes a pneumatic press and temperature-controlled tanks, ensuring the wines retain their vibrant aromas. The final maturation in oak barrels further enhances their complexity. The winemaker's wife, Graziella, manages sales and administration, ensuring the legacy continues.
