WINE DESCRIPTION
Pepi Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, approachable, fruit-forward white wine produced from grapes sourced from California. The grapes are harvested, pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to retain fruit purity with aim of creating a varietally expressive wine. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is matured in inert vessel as not to mask the fruit flavors.
