WINE DESCRIPTION
Onehope Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, unoaked, herbaceous white wine designed for early consumption. The grapes are harvested, pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to retain fruit purity with aim of creating a varietally-expressive wine. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is matured in inert vessel for a short period as not to mask the fruit flavors.
