WINE DESCRIPTION
Ondarre Graciano Rioja is produced by Bodegas Ondarre, whose winery is in Viana 10KM from Logrono, the regional capital of Rioja. This wine is made solely from the late-ripening, high acidity variety known as Graciano that is typically used in Rioja blends. The wines are fermented in temperature controlled vats to regulate the level of extraction in the grapes. After alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wines are aged in new French oak and American oak for around 12 months prior to bottling.
