Olivares Panarroz is a red wine produced by Bodegas Olivares in the Jumilla appellation of Spain. The vineyards are located at high altitudes, which results in a cooler climate and slower ripening of the grapes. The wine is made from of Monastrell grapes, which are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for a short period of time to add complexity and depth. The resulting wine is full-bodied with rich flavors of dark fruit, spice, and a hint of earthiness.
