Established in 1960 by ten local winemakers, Cantina dei Produttori Nebbiolo di Carema boasts over 100 members, 71 of whom are part-time grape growers with an average age of around 55. After a thorough renovation in 2013, the cellar now accommodates approximately a thousand hectoliters of slavonian oak. Dedicated to preserving oenological culture, the winery is linked to traditional vineyard activities, including characteristic terraces with Pergola and the iconic stone and lime "Pilun."
