With meticulous hand-tending and close planting to control vigor, the vineyard maintains lower crop levels, yielding around 45hl/ha of physiologically ripe fruit that authentically showcases the variety. Carefully selected Pinot Noir clones, including 50% Burgundy clones, contribute to the wine's complex flavor profile. Specifically chosen for Rosé production, Clone 5 and the Swiss clone Mariafeld offer larger berries and thinner skins, resulting in a delicate and refined expression of this exceptional variety.
