Only the finest fruit is selected and hand-harvested, followed by whole bunch pressing to capture the vineyard’s essence. Embracing natural winemaking, wild yeast fermentation unfolds in French oak barrels, with a quarter being new, enhancing the wine’s character. Natural malolactic fermentation and 10 months aging on lees lend a rich texture and captivating nuance.
