WINE DESCRIPTION
MontGras Reserva Chardonnay is grown in Colchagua Valley in Chile where the vineyards benefit from cooling nights that help retain acidity in the grapes. After harvesting the grapes, the wines were partially fermented in thermoregulated stainless steel vats to retain the delicate fruit flavors, while the rest was fermented in used barrels to textural and aromatic complexity to the final blend.
