Located in the heart of Valpolicella on one of the five ridges descending the valley, Monte Dall'Ora is the brainchild of Carlo Venturini and Alessandra Zantedeschi. Originating from winemaking families, they established their own estate in 1995, rebuilding the neglected terraces they had purchased. Rather than prioritizing lower yields for higher concentration, Carlo focuses on vineyard balance, promoting agricultural and natural biodiversity. Free-growing grass, alongside cherry and olive trees, complements the vineyard. This philosophy extends to winemaking, where Carlo believes that equilibrium in the vineyard ensures balance in the cellar.
