WINE DESCRIPTION

This wine originates from high hills with clay marl soil, benefiting from a unique microclimate created by the Ligurian Sea to the south and the Apennines to the west. Grapes are meticulously hand-harvested after summer cluster thinning. The vinification process includes a partial cold maceration, gentle pressing, and fermentation with natural yeasts for 12 to 15 days at temperatures between 16°C and 18°C in stainless steel tanks. Afterward, it matures on its lees for approximately 3-4 months in the same tanks.
