WINE DESCRIPTION
Mazzoni Ghemme dei Mazzoni is a pure Nebbiolo wine produced with gentle cultivation methods. The vineyards are nurtured using only pruned vine cuttings and organic fertilizers to enrich the soil. The grapes undergo a 12-15 day fermentation on the skins in stainless steel tanks, with careful pump-overs and punch-downs to enhance extraction. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 24 months in large oak barrels, allowing it to develop depth and complexity, before resting an additional six months in the bottle. This aging process brings out Nebbiolo's characteristic elegance and structure, reflective of the Ghemme terroir.
