WINE DESCRIPTION
Mayne de Beauregard Bergerac Rouge is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc hailing from the Bergerac appellation in Southwest France. This region is known for offering excellent value alternatives to Bordeaux wines. Mayne de Beauregard is a fruit-forward, medium-bodied red produced from grapes that are harvested, crushed and transferred to inert vessels to begin fermentation. The alcoholic fermentation occurs in inert vessels at lower temperatures in order to control extraction to produce a gently tannic, fruit-forward wine.
