I'm thoroughly enjoying exploring these Argentine wines. The nose on this particular bottle is powered by by deep fruit notes, with a touch of intense graphite and toasted chestnuts. The taste is described by a understated graphite, cocoa powder, and a rich, opaque fruit profile, accompanied by a thick, tannic texture. I appreciate this wine's bold character and its surprisingly good cost effectiveness for the price. I was surprised to find that my partner, who tends to prefer lighter wines, enjoyed this one as much as I did. She was even able to detect the tannins when I brought it to her attention. This wine is a excellent example of Argentine winemaking, and I'm glad I got to adventure it.
