WINE DESCRIPTION
Margerum Sauvignon Blanc is mainly stainless steel fermented to preserve the zesty varietal character. A small proportion is fermented in barrels with heavy batonnage (stirring of the lees) to add texture and body to the wine with just a hint of oak spice. The components are blended to create a bright fruity wine.
