Nestled in the hilly terrains of Capriva del Friuli, the Russiz Superiore vineyards benefit from Eocene-era soils rich in sandstone and loam, ideal for cultivating exceptional Pinot Grigio. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully vinified, with 15% of the must fermenting in oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel, followed by eight months of aging on the lees for added complexity. This meticulous process creates a wine of elegance and depth, embodying the timeless quality of the Collio region.
