WINE DESCRIPTION
Marcarini Roero Arneis is made from the indigenous variety Arneis and hails from the north west of Italy. The hand-picked grapes are sorted in the vineyard. Following pressing, vinification takes place in stainless steel under controlled temperatures with the aim of retaining fresh fruit character and delicate floral notes. The wine ages on the fine lees for a short period to harmonise wine prior to being bottled for release.
