WINE DESCRIPTION
Roero Arneis DOCG is a distinguished white wine made from 100% Arneis grapes, planted in 1985. The vineyards are situated at 200-250 meters above sea level, with a south-west exposure. Cultivated using low environmental impact and integrated farming practices per EU guidelines, the grapes are manually harvested in 18 kg boxes. The Guyot Double training system supports the vines. In the winemaking process, the chosen whole bunches undergo soft pressing in temperature-controlled stainless steel. With a yield of 90 quintals per hectare, the wine is aged and matured in steel to preserve its freshness and varietal character.
