Henri Boillot Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru is sourced from the prestigious Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru appellation in the village of Puligny-Montrachet. Domaine Henri Boillot is located in the nearby village of Meursault. Here, the
white grapes are whole-bunch pressed, vinified and matured in oak barrels. Typically, their Chevalier-Montrachet is aged in 100% new oak as they believe the wine has the substance and concentration to absorb the oak spice.
