WINE DESCRIPTION
Luciano Arduini Recioto della Valpolicella Classico is a luscious Italian wine made from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. Harvested in early September, only the best bunches are selected and carefully dried in well-ventilated stores until winter, concentrating their flavors (grapes loose up to 45% of their weight!). The winemaking process includes gentle pressing and a long maceration to extract rich flavors, followed by fermentation at a cool 18-20°C. The wine then matures in wooden barrels for 10 months, and finally, it ages in the bottle to develop its full character. The result is a beautifully balanced wine, perfect for savoring special moments.
