The vines, averaging 35 years old, yield grapes of remarkable character, expertly vinified with traditional fermentation in oak barrels and complete malolactic fermentation to bring depth and complexity. Aged 8 to 10 months in medium-toasted French oak (50% new, sourced from Louis Latour’s own cooperage), this wine embodies sophistication and the estate’s time-honored craftsmanship.
