WINE DESCRIPTION
Lonely Cow Sauvignon Blanc is a classic, grassy dry white wine from the Marlborough region, located on the south island in New Zealand. The grapes for this wine are typically machine harvested to capture the freshness and herbaceous character of the variety. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to retain lively fruity notes of passionfruit and gooseberry. The wine is bottled shortly after completing the fermentation in order to preserve its freshness.
