The terroir, characterized by Aeolian Sands, hosts 40-year-old Chenin vines. The viticultural practices involve Guyot pruning, soil cultivation, and manual harvesting. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 13 months, the resulting wine has a hint of residual sugar content and a rather low alcohol level. With yields at 40 hl/ha and a density of 6500 vines/hectare, this wine reflects a meticulous blend of tradition and terroir.
