Las Rocas Garnacha is a red wine produced by Bodegas San Alejandro in the Calatayud appellation of Spain. The vineyards are located at high altitudes, with rocky soils that provide excellent drainage and impart minerality to the wine. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a traditional winemaking process, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in oak barrels. The resulting wine is full-bodied and rich, with flavors of dark fruit, spice, and a hint of smokiness. It is a great example of the quality and character that can be found in wines from the Calatayud region.
