WINE DESCRIPTION
Ladera Sauvignon Blanc is a rich, oaky wine from the Napa Valley in California. The grapes were harvested at various dates to create a range of ripeness levels to create a broad range of flavors. Following harvest, the grapes are pressed to a combination of oak barrels and stainless-steel barrels to undergo fermentation. The wine was aged on lees (decomposing yeast) for around six months and stirred routinely to create a long, richly textured, complex palate.
