Kellerei Cantina Kaltern Soll Pinot Grigio is a white wine that boasts of a rich and complex flavor profile. Produced by the renowned Kellerei Cantina Kaltern winery, this wine is made from the finest grapes grown in the vineyards of the Alto Adige region The vineyards are situated in a picturesque location, surrounded by the majestic Dolomite Mountains, which help to maintain freshness and achieve healthy ripening of the grapes. The winemaking process involves careful selection of the grapes, gentle pressing of the whole bunches, and fermentation, partly in stainless steel tanks, partly in oak barrels to preserve the natural flavors and aromas of the grapes and at the same time to add texture and complexity.

A slight creaminess and mineral undertones provide balance, leading to a long, elegant finish. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture, it ends with lingering citrus and a touch of almond. This well-balanced, sophisticated wine is best enjoyed chilled.
