WINE DESCRIPTION
Jordan Chardonnay is a premium wine produced by Jordan Vineyard & Winery in the Russian River Valley appellation of Sonoma County, California. The vineyard features a unique combination of gravelly loam soil and cool coastal breezes, which create ideal growing conditions for Chardonnay grapes. The winemaking process involves hand-harvesting and whole-cluster pressing, followed by barrel fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 6-7 months. The resulting wine is a beautifully balanced expression of the varietal, with notes of citrus, apple, and pear, complemented by subtle oak and vanilla flavors.
