Javier Revert Viticultor, crafted by oenologist Javi Revert of Celler del Roure, traces its roots to 2014 when he revived his great-grandfather's vineyard in Font de la Figuera. The inaugural wines debuted in 2016, showcasing Javi's commitment to interpreting landscapes, restoring abandoned vineyards, and championing historical local varieties. The acclaimed Javier Revert Sensal red wine, a blend of Red Grenache and Monastrell from a 1965-planted vineyard at 700 meters altitude, reflects this passion. Harvested manually, the grapes ferment separately with whole bunches, followed by a 10-month maturation in used barrels.
