WINE DESCRIPTION
Isabel Mondavi Chardonnay is produced from grapes sourced from California's Napa Valley. In order to retain freshness, the grapes are harvested at night and pressed, with the resulting juice transferred to stainless steels for vats for the alcoholic fermentation to commence. The wine is matured in a proportion of new French oak barrels prior to bottling to obtain notes of sweet baking spices, which gives a decadent edge to the ripe stone fruit flavors.
