This small estate, situated across two hillside vineyards in Brazzano di Cormons and Corno di Rosazzo, focuses on capturing the essence of the region’s complex terroir using indigenous grape varieties. The winemaking process involves minimal intervention, with grapes from old vines planted in clay, limestone, and sedimentary rock soils. After hand-picking, the grapes undergo fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and age on the lees for several months to maintain freshness and purity. The resulting wine offers a balanced profile of citrus, stone fruits, and a subtle hint of minerality.
