WINE DESCRIPTION
Hunky Dory Sauvignon Blanc is made from organic grapes grown in the cool, sunny region of Marlborough, New Zealand. This Hunky Dory wines is made from Sauvignon Blanc picked from different blocks that helps create a wider array of fruit flavors helping to build aromatic complexity in the final wine. After a brief period of skin contact, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to retain the delicate aromas. The wine is aged for about four months on the lees to add texture and body.
