WINE DESCRIPTION
Herzog Jeunesse Chardonnay Semi-Sweet made from Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless vats to retain the fresh fruit character of the grapes without seeking to impart oak spice. Some sweetness is kept in the wine to produce an approachable, fruity semi-sweet style.
