WINE DESCRIPTION

The Gianetto vineyard is located in a southwest-facing position at an elevation of just under 250m, slightly outside the municipality of Serralunga D'Alba. The harvest is carried out by hand with immediate destemming and gentle pressing of the grapes in the winery. The temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging for 24 months in large Slovenian oak barrels. Finally, the wine is aged for nearly a year in the bottle before it is released for sale.
