WINE DESCRIPTION
Glass Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is an oak-aged Cabernet Sauvignon hailing from California. The grapes are harvested, destemmed and crushed to liberate the juice, then transferred to inert vessels to begin alcoholic fermentation. The wine is fermented at cooler temperatures to create a lightly tannic, fruity style. Once the fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to oak barrels in order to round out the tannins and improve the texture. New oak barrels also contribute notes of vanilla and cinnamon that complement the succulent dark fruit notes of cassis and blackberry.

Glass Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon has a bright appearance with a medium to deep ruby hue.The nose bursts with aromas of dark fruits and cocoa. It is a bold, medium-bodied red wine with supple tannins. On the palate, it offers flavors of dark berries, blackberry, sweet spices, and a hint of chocolate. The finish is relatively short but pleasant, with balanced acidity and flavors of dark berries.
