WINE DESCRIPTION
Georges Duboeuf Mâcon-Villages is a mono-varietal Chardonnay wine produced in the Macon based in the southern region of Burgundy. After harvesting the grapes, they are pressed and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel vats to preserve the bright fruit flavors. The wine spends a short period in inert vessel to harmonise the flavors without contriubting oak spice.
