Even their dry wines enchant with wonderfully fresh fruit and lively acidity. Remarkably, even their entry-level wines are crafted at a world-class level. They expertly blend late harvest grapes from top steep slopes to achieve the desired flavor profile. Notable vineyards include Brauneberger Juffer, Juffer-Sonnenuhr, and the outstanding GG from Paulinshofberg. Among these, Brauneberger Juffer-Sonnenuhr, nestled right along the river, perhaps shines brightest as one of Mosel's premier locations for dry Riesling.

Fritz Haag Riesling trocken is sourced from various slate-rich vineyards in and around Brauneberg.The grapes for this wine are meticulously hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks.
The dry estate wine delights with delicate fruitiness, a harmonious interplay of acidity, and a pronounced mineral character. It's an everyday wine and the cornerstone of our winery.
