François Crochet Rosé Sancerre is made from organic Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Sancerre appellation, located in France's Loire Valley. The vines have an average age of twenty years and are planted on limestone-based soils. Fruit is hand-harvested, then whole-cluster pressed. Fermentation and aging takes place in stainless steel vats with a focus on retaining purity of fruit and varietal character to create an elegant and delicate rosé.
