WINE DESCRIPTION

Filippo Gallino Barbera d'Alba Superiore is grown in Roero in Piemonte. The vines are planted in calcareous soils that help retain water during the warm growing season. After harvesting and crushing the grapes, they are vinified in stainless steel tanks before being aged for approximately 12 months in barrels. They are matured for a further period in stainless steel tanks to hamonise the flavors before being bottled.
