Falesco Vitiano Bianco is a refined blend from the renowned Famiglia Cotarella, hailing from the picturesque region of Umbria, specifically Montecchio and Orvieto. This elegant wine combines Vermentino and Chardonnay, cultivated at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level on soils rich in sedimentary rock, clay, and limestone. The Chardonnay is harvested in late August, followed by the Vermentino in early September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 13-15°C, preserving the wine's fresh and vibrant character. After fermentation, the wine undergoes bottle aging for a few months before release. Falesco Vitiano Bianco boasts a crisp and balanced profile, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of culinary pairings.
