WINE DESCRIPTION
The grapes are hand-harvested, and after destemming and crushing, fermentation occurs on the skins in stainless steel tanks with pistons at a temperature of 24–28 °C. During the first week, the closure is opened 4–6 times daily to ensure optimal extraction of flavors. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 8 months in new French and American oak barrels, imparting a harmonious structure and complex notes. Finally, the wine is blended, bottled, and refined in the bottle to further develop its mature aromas and balanced taste.
