A meticulous blend of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, hailing from the district of Serralunga d'Alba (CN), imparts a unique character. The fermentation takes place in wood, and the wine undergoes a patient refinement, resting for 30 months on its own yeasts in the bottle.
